Founder Jeff Farmer, Jr. was taught about work from his father, who put a hammer in his hand at an early age, growing up in the home building industry. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech in Mechanical Engineering and returned to Memphis to run the family construction business. Building homes evolved into multifamily housing and construction evolved into development. While years of experience in development and construction insure for a quality product, a lifetime of lessons in hard work is the true secret to our success.
